Recipe of Kala Chana In Hindi Language Restaurant Style: नवरात्रि की आखरी दिन में या  नवमी में सूखे काले चने बनाये जाते है. इसके अलावा बाकि दिनों में भी हम सूखे काले चने बनांते है.  बच्चो को तो ये खास कर पसंद है. इसको बनाना बहुत आसान है.

ख़ास आपके लिए dry kala chana masala recipe तैयार की गयी है ताकि आप भी बहुत टेस्टी dry kala chana masala बना सके. Dry kala chana masala recipe से बने काले चने आप नाश्ते में बनाके खा सकते है.

काले चना मसाला के लिए आवश्यक सामग्री/ Recipe of Kala Chana in Hindi

  • 1 कप काले चने
  • हरा धनिया
  • तेल
  • ½ छोटा चम्मच जीरा
  • 2 पिंच हींग
  • 1 इंच अदरक का टुकड़ा पतला कटा हुआ
  • 2 हरी मिर्च
  • 1 छोटा चम्मच धनिया पाउडर
  • ¼ छोटा चम्मच अमचूर पाउडर
  • ¼ छोटा चम्मच से थोड़ा कम लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • ¼ छोटा चम्मच से जरा सा कम गरम मसाला
  • स्वादानुसार नमक

सुखा काला चना मसाला बनाने की विधि – Recipe of Kala Chana in Hindi

 

  • काले चने को धो के रात को भीग दे
  • सुबह छलनी में काले चने डालकर अतिरिक्त पानी निकाल दे|
  • अब कुकर में चने, आधा कप पानी और नमक डाले और उबालने रखे|
  • जब एक सिटी बजे तब आंच को कम करे और चना को पकने रख दे करीबन ३ मिनट के लिए |
  • ३ मिनट बाद आंच बंद करे और भाप अपने आप निकलने के लिए कुकर साइड में रख दे|
  • जब भाप निकल जाये तब उबले चने को चलने से छान ले और पानी को एक बाउल में निकालके रख दे|
  • अब पैन में तेल डाले और गरम करे|
  • अब इसमें जीरा डाले और भूने|
  • अब इसमें लम्बा कटा अदरक, लम्बी कटी हरी मिर्च, धनियाँ पाउडर, लाल मिर्च पाउडर, गर्म मसाला, अमचुर पाउडर और उबले चने को छानने के बाद निकला पानी डाल दे और गाढ़ा होने तक पकने दे|
  • अब इस भुने मसाले में चने डाले और ३-४ मिनट तक भूने| भूनते वक्त चम्मच से चलाते रहे|
  • अब ब्लैक छोले मसाला को एक बाउल में निकाले और हरे धनिये से सर्वे करे|

सूखे काले चने (Sookhe Kale Chane), ब्लैक चना मसाला खाने और खिलने के लिए  तैयार है|
